Everyone loves to discuss interest rates and their effect on the Residential Real Estate Market. Last week, I received interest rate advice (some unwarranted) and different narratives from Real Estate Brokers, Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Bankers, Asset Managers, and Economists—even the local in-n-out had people sitting beside us who knew exactly what would happen next with an almost CNBC style narrative. The truth is that no one knows what will happen next, but we can focus on someone's "why" in buying or selling a home. It is interesting when a buyer or seller has a "why" and how fast the interest rate conversation stops.
