Writing an offer

Submitting Offers

Our process's goal and primary objective are submitting offers for homes that you could see yourself living in! We have had clients that have been willing to submit proposals on the first home they have seen or the tenth they have seen. If we have seen more than ten homes and have not sent out an offer, we will need to re-evaluate our criteria to see if we can dial things in further to make progress. When we submit a request, we will provide some sold comparables to review and comments or feedback to determine where our offers will be presented.

Contributing To Offer Acceptance

The most important part of the offer is as follows: price, financing, earnest money, amount of inspection time, approving or disapproving a home warranty plan, requesting if appropriate any seller concessions, assigning an escrow officer, terms of acceptance, and when the home will be closing escrow
